合掌瓜粟米豬心豬𦟌骨湯 寧神 潤肺

功效:寧心神 / 潤肺

Calm the mind / moisten the lungs

滋補、驚悸、心跳、安神定驚、養心補血、惊悸、出汗、精神恍惚、失眠,增強心肌等。

成份ingredients :

2 ea( 454g ) 合掌瓜chayote

1 ea ( 353g )粟米corn

1 ea ( 484g ) 豬心pig heart

344g豬𦟌骨pork shank bone

121g豬脊骨pork back bone

1/3片pc 陳皮tangerine

2 片pc 薑片 slice ginger

3250 ml 清水 water

方法 method :

1. 沖洗粟米,去外層 一開4 份

Rinse the corn and remove the outer layer. Cut it into 4parts.

2. 沖洗合掌瓜,一開4去核 (皮膚敏感者,請戴上手套)

Rinse the Chayote and cut it into 4 parts, remove the seed.

( please put on the gloves before cutting the Chayote )

3. 沖洗豬𦟌骨、豬脊骨,汆水

Rinse the pork shank bone and pork backbone. Then blanch it.

4. 沖洗豬心外層,一開2,切走粗筋及血管,再沖走血塊

放薑片在清水中,沸騰後,放入豬心。

見浮沫即拿起,立即沖水。

Rinse the pig heart outside layer. Cut it into 2. Remove the vessel. Then wash again.

Put ginger slices in water. Then put the pig heart into the boiling ginger water.

Pick it up as the dirt is out and cool it in running water.

5. 粟米在3250 ml清水中。

Put the corn in the 3250 ml water first

6. 15分鐘後,放入汆水後的豬脊骨、豬肉眼、陳皮,轉大火。

After 15 minutes, add the pork meat & bones and tangerine to the boiling water. Turn to high heat,

7. 40分鐘後,放入合掌瓜,轉中火。

After 40 minutes, add the Chayote. And turn to medium heat.

8. 10分鐘後,放入汆水後的豬心。再煮35分鐘後關火。

After 10 minutes, add the pig heart. And boil 35minute more only.
