材料 Ingredients :

1顆ea (506g) 木瓜papaya

1 隻 (ea) 急凍水鴨 frozen Teal

467g 豬筒骨 Pork Leg Bone

36g 生薏米Semen Coicis

36g 熟薏米Cooked Barley

3 粒ea 椰棗 Date Pulm

1/3片 pc 陳皮 Tangerine

1片 pc 厚切薑片 thick sliced ginger

3000ML 清水 Water

適宜人群 :

健脾消食、(產婦)通乳催奶、胃炎、風濕筋骨痛、消化不良、舒緩咽喉、便秘、慢性氣管炎、肺燥、平肝和胃,舒筋絡,活筋骨、行氣活血、降血壓。

Papaya suitable for people:

Invigorate the spleen and promote digestion, (parturient) lactation, gastritis, rheumatic muscle pain, indigestion, soothing throat, constipation, chronic bronchitis, dryness of the lungs, calming liver and stomach, relaxing muscles and collaterals, invigorating muscles and bones, promoting qi and blood circulation, and reducing blood pressure.

不適宜以下人士 :

高鉀者、孕婦(可引起子宮收縮腹痛)、體質過敏、 體質虛弱、脾胃虛寒、胃寒、

腰膝無力。

Not suitable for:

High potassium, pregnant women (can cause uterine contraction and abdominal pain), physical allergies, weak physique, deficiency and cold of the spleen and stomach, cold stomach,

Weak waist and knees.

方法method :

1. 沖洗水鴨,沸騰水汆水,去除毛和內臟。

Rinse the teal. Blanch it in boiling water. Then remove its hair and organs.

2. 沖洗豬𦟌筒骨,凍水汆水。

Rinse pig bones, put them in cold water and blanch.

3. 木瓜去皮去籽,切去木瓜頂及底部。

Peel the papaya and remove the seed. Cut off its top and bottom.

4. 先放生薏米、熟薏米在3000ML 清水中,轉大火。Put the Semen Coicis and cooked barley in 3000ml water. Turn to high heat.

5. 20分鐘後,加入汆水的豬筒骨。

Add the blanched pork bones after 20 minutes of boiling.

6. 15分鐘後,加入汆水的水鴨、陳皮、薑。

Add the blanched teal, tangerine peel and ginger after 15 boiling from step 6.

7. 20分鐘後,加入木瓜. 5分鐘後轉中火

Add papaya after 20 minutes of boiling from step 7.

Turn to medium heat after 5 minutes.

8. 1小時後完成。放涼後,去除湯上多余油。加熱飲用

Finish after 1 hour of cooking.

Cool down and remove the extra oil from the soup. Re-heated and served.
