成份ingredients :
3 個 pcs (805g) 蘋果 Apples
15 g乾鐵皮石斛條 Dried Herba Dendrodii Officinalis strips
4 粒 (ea) (45g) 椰棗 Dates palm
3 -4 粒 (ea) 鹽橄欖乾橄欖Dried salted olives
1/3 塊(pc) 陳皮 Tangerine peel
2250 ml 清水 water

方法 method :
1. 沖洗椰棗、鐵皮石斛條。
Rinse the dates palm and Dendrobium officinale Strips.

2. 熱水焯蘋果,再沖洗。
去枝、去核,然後1開4份。
泡浸切開的蘋果,阻止氧化變黑。
Blanch apples in hot water. Then wash it in running water.
Remove the branches and cores. Then Cut the apple into 4 parts.
Soak it in cold water to avoid oxidation.

3. 放入石斛、椰棗、鹽橄欖、陳皮 在2250 ml清水中。轉中火。
Add the dates palm, Dendrobium officinale Strips, Tangerine peel, and Dried salted olives to 250ml water. Turn to medium heat.

4. 15分鐘後加入切開的蘋果。
如不食果肉,不要壓蘋果。
Put the apple in 2250 water after 15min boiling.
Don’t press the apple, if you don’t eat the apple flesh.

5. 45分鐘後關火。
Turn off the heat after 45 minutes of cooking.
