材料 Ingredients :

8 朵(ea) 曇花Dried the Epiphyllum,Night-blooming Cereus

25 g 生薏米Semen Coicis 

18g 熟薏米Cooked Barley 

4 粒(ea) 雞心紅棗 Red dates

26g 冰糖Rock sugar (隨意 optional)

1000ml ( or 1250ml 適量 ) 清水 water

方法Method :

1. 沖洗生熟薏米、雞心紅棗、曇花。

Rinse raw and cooked barley, chicken-hearts red dates and epiphany.

2. 清水浸泡曇花,去蕊。

Epiphany soaked in clear water. Remove stamens

3. 1000ml清水放入生熟薏米核、雞心紅棗,開中小火。

Add raw and cooked barley, cooked Barley and red dates into 1000ml water. Turn to medium-low heat.

4. 20分鐘後,放入曇花。

5. 4 分鐘後,加入冰糖。

冰糖熔化後,便完成。
