材料 Ingredients :

1 個ea ( 702g ) 椰子連水

1/2 隻ea (410g) 雞 chicken

2 隻pc ( 194g) 美國響螺皇 US Big Yellow Conch

360g 豬𦟌骨 pork shank bone

2 片pc 薑片 sliced ginger

3000ml 清水 water

 .

1.椰子去硬啡色皮,留水備用。沖洗表面,切條狀。

Peel the hard shell of coconut. Keep the coconut water.

Wash the skin and cut into stripes

2.清洗豬𦟌骨,然後汆水。

Wash the pork shank bone and blanch it, until the dirt is out.

3.清洗響螺,一開2 份,去內臟。

Wash the conch, and cut it into 2 parts. Remove the internal organs.

.

4.先放二片薑在沸騰水中, 放入響螺、雞一起汆水

Put 2 pc sliced ginger into boiling water.

Then put the conch and 1/2 chicken in boiling water until the dirt is out

.

5.先放條狀椰子在3000ml清水,開大火。

Put in the strips of coconut in 3000ml water. Turn to high heat.

6. 10分鐘後,放入豬𦟌骨。

Put in the pork shank bone after 10 minutes of boiling.

7.10分鐘後,再放入響螺、雞。轉中火。

After 10 minutes, put in the conch and chicken. Turn to me heat.

8.40分鐘後,加入椰子水,轉小火。

Pour in the coconut water after 40 mins. Then turn to low heat.

9.20 分鐘後,關火。

After 20min, turn off the fire.
