材料 Ingredients :
20g 金蟲草花 Cordyceps flower
350g 鱷魚肉Crocodile meat
87g 豬𦟌肉 Pork shank meat
274g 豬𦟌骨 pork shank bone
20g 元肉Dried Longan Pulp
12g 3A杞子 Ningxia wolfberry
1/3塊 (pc) 陳皮 Tangerine
5 塊 (pcs) 厚薑片thick Ginger
3 條(pcs) 青蔥scallion ( spring onion )
3000ml 清水 water
1. 沖洗豬𦟌骨、豬𦟌骨肉,汆水。
Rinse all the pork bones and pork meat, and blanch it.

2. 沖洗蟲草花、元肉、杞子。
Rinse Cordyceps flower, Dried Longan Pulp and wolfberry.

3. 把3片厚薑、青蔥在清水中煮至沸騰。
放入沖洗過的鱷魚肉。
立即關火,在沸騰水中浸一會,再過清水。

4. 3000ml清水沸騰後,放入汆水豬𦟌骨、豬𦟌肉、金蟲草花、元肉、2片厚薑、陳皮。轉中火。

5. 50分鐘後,加入鱷魚肉,轉小火。
