【母親節】士多啤梨絲絨心形蛋糕

材料 INGREDIENT:

蛋 Egg 3隻/pcs

糖 Sugar 60克/g

低筋麵粉 Cake Flour 90克/g

紅麴粉 Monascus Powder 12克/g

可可粉 Cocoa Powder 5克/g

無鹽牛油 Unsated Butter 40克/g

凍鮮奶 Cold Milk 200毫升/ml

免煮吉士粉 Custardcream Mix 85克/g

白荳蓉 White Bean Paste 70克/g

製作步驟 

製作蛋糕部份

1. 加入砂糖與蛋白打發至中性發泡。

2. 加入蛋黃,攪拌均勻。

3. 再篩入低筋麵粉、可可粉、紅麴粉並拌勻。

4. 把步驟(3)與溶化後的牛油混合,並倒入模具內。

5. 預熱180°C焗爐,焗35分鐘。

6. 蛋糕出爐後放涼,並把蛋糕切片,備用。

7. 將凍鮮奶與免煮吉士粉混合,攪拌均勻。

8. 如影片的次序組合蛋糕。

裝飾唧花部份

9. 把小許食用色素加進白荳蓉中,攪拌均勻。

10. 將白荳蓉放入裱花袋中,如影片般逐層唧出玫瑰花瓣。

11. 白荳蓉花放上蛋糕面作裝飾,即成。  

Step

Cake part

1. Add sugar and egg whites and whip until firm peaks.

2. Add egg yolk and mix well.

3. Sift in the Cake flour, cocoa powder, red yeast powder and mix well.

4. Mix step (3) with the melted butter and pour it into the mold.

5. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 35 minutes.

6. Let the cake cool after it comes out of the oven, and slice the cake for later use.

7. Mix the frozen fresh milk and no-cook custard powder, stir well.

8. Combine the cakes in the order of the video.

Decorative flower part

9. Add a small amount of food coloring to the white bean paste, mix well.

10. Put the white bean paste into a piping bag, and spread the rose petals layer by layer like in the video.

11. Put the white bean paste on the cake surface for decoration and serve.
