湯水篇| 巴戟 牛大力 杜仲 豬蹄筋湯|補筋 補腰 補腳力|有片

今天我煲這個藥材湯,不是太多人會喜歡飲。

但上了年紀的,會配以上藥材,來補筋、 補腰及補腳力。

Today I am making this herbal soup. Not many people would like to drink it. But the elderly will buy these medicinal ingredients to make soup to strengthen tendons, waist and leg. 

功效:補肝腎、補虛潤肺,強筋骨、活絡、活血、通經、利水通淋、手腳痹、腳乏力、腰膝酸痛

Tonifying the liver and kidneys, tonifying deficiency and moisturizing the lungs, strengthening muscles and bones, activating collaterals, activating blood circulation, stimulating menstruation, numbness of hands and feet, soreness of waist and knees.

慎服者:陰虛火旺者,懷孕者忌用牛膝。

 Cautious: Yin deficiency and fire prosperous Pregnants should not have the Achyranthes bidentata Bl.

份量 Serving  :  3 人 ppl

烹調時間 cooking time  : 1小時30分鐘  1 hr 30min

材料 Ingredients :

36g  巴戟 Morinda

60g  牛大力  Radix Millettiae Speciosae

30g  杜仲  Cortex Eucommiae

30g  牛膝  Achyranthes bidentata Bl.

30g  淮山  Huaishan yao

60g 海玉竹片 Sliced Dried Yuzhu Head

8條ea (76g)  乾豬蹄筋  Dried Pig's tendon

302g  豬腱肉 Pork Shank Bone

2片(pcs) 薑片sliced ginger

2500ML清水 Water

方法 Method:

1. 大約7小時前,預先浸軟豬蹄筋,然後沖洗。

Pre-soaking the dry pig’s tendon 7 hours before. And wash it.

2. 沖洗豬𦟌肉。

Rinse pork shank

.

3. 放薑片在清水中,豬蹄筋、豬腱骨汆水。

Blanch the Pork tendon and pork shank in boiling water with sliced ginger, until the dirt is out.  

2500Ml清水,放入巴戟、牛大力、杜仲、牛膝、淮山、海玉竹。

開大火。

Put Morinda, Radix Millettiae Speciosae, Cortex Eucommiae, Achyranthes bidentata Bl, Huaishan yao, Dried Yuzhu Head in 2500ml water.

Turn to high heat.

4. 10分鐘後,放入汆水的豬蹄筋。

put in the pig’s tendon after 10 min boiling.

5. 再3分鐘後,放入汆水的豬腱肉。轉中小火

Put the pork shank in soup after 3min of step 5. Turn to med-low heat.

.

6. 50分鐘後,闗火。

*中藥材勿留煲中。

Turn off the fire after 50 mins of step 6.

Remove the Chinese herbal medicines (Morinda, Radix Millettiae Speciosae, Cortex Eucommiae, Achyranthes bidentata Bl. ) from the pot。

Please don't leave them in the pot
